Service Description

This appointment type is for those who have existing documents prepared online or by another firm but they want to work with Sunset Legal moving forward to update and/or make changes. Please only book this appointment after you've had an introductory call with Kaitlin or upon her instruction, just to make sure we are a good fit for your needs. Please note there is a $350 advance fee for this meeting, which includes the review of all documents sent to me as well as recommendations in light of your current family and asset situation and the state of federal and California estate law. You will receive an email with a link to submit payment within 48 hours of booking. This amount may be applied to the cost of new or updated estate planning documents if an engagement agreement is signed within two weeks of the meeting. You will be asked to submit an online intake profile with up-to-date estate information-- so please book at least a few days out to allow time to gather all the financial information requested. This will allow for a more productive meeting. This meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video.
