Do you want to have a say in who raises your children if something happens to you?
If your answer is YES, and you haven't documented your wishes in a legal document, this Guardianship Guide and Legal Template is for you.
I know it's hard. I'm a parent too, and we hate thinking about not being around. For this reason or another, nominating legal guardians has become that thing we know we "should do" as responsible parents but never get around to actually doing.
I created this Guardianship Guide to help busy, concerned parents get this one thing off their adulting to-do list. While I strongly believe it's best to have a lawyer prepare a customized nomination document as part of a more thorough estate plan (and you'll see I reiterate the importance of that in the Guide), I realize that sometimes parents aren't quite ready to hire an attorney or don't know where to begin on their own. And so they end up putting it off, sometimes for years.
This Guide will give you as parents the framework you need to make thoughtful decisions and to ultimately execute a document that expresses your wishes so that you have a say in what happens to your child-- instead of leaving everyone around you to guess what you would have wanted or worse, fighting over it.
Purchasing this Guide does not make me your lawyer and you will still have work to do-- but it's a great start. I hope you make good use of it.

I think a lot of people put things like this off because they think it takes too long, but this guide makes it easy!
This document was so easy to read and understand. I loved how it walked me through each step of the process and helped finalize the process, as well. Great discussion on how to choose such important people to help with your children.
It was a very easy, quick, & painless way to nominate a guardian!
