The fees quoted above are for ordinary estate planning documents and will apply to most of our clients.  Occasionally, more complex drafting or attorney time is needed, resulting in an additional fee.  If this applies to you, the attorney will disclose this to you during the consultation before engagement.  For a non-exhaustive list of scenarios that may require more complex drafting, see below:

UPGRADE: If one or both of you already have an Essential Estate Plan, take $600 off this price.  If one or both of you already have an Individual Complete Estate Plan, take $1000 off.

UPDATE: Need an update or overhaul of your current Complete Estate Plan? A Trust Restatement & Complete Update of All Estate Plan Documents will cost between $500-$1250 depending on your unique situation.

for those who already have a plan not prepared by Sunset Legal LLP, but would like us to review their documents to spot any issues, suggest changes based on current law, and/or answer specific questions

Includes:

  1. Up to Three (3) Hours Attorney Time to Thoroughly Review Client's Documents*

  2. One (1) Hour Attorney Consultation in-person or via phone

  3. $200.00 credit toward any subsequent Sunset Legal LLP service, if hired within one month of the Consultation.

*Client must produce such documents to attorney in advance via electronic format or mail along with any specific questions in writing.

STAND ALONE DOCUMENTS

for those occasions where a client simply wants an individual document, or a document not generally included in the estate plan packages
