The fees quoted above are for ordinary estate planning documents and will apply to most of our clients. Occasionally, more complex drafting or attorney time is needed, resulting in an additional fee. UPDATE: Need an update or overhaul of your current Complete Estate Plan? A Trust Restatement & Complete Update of All Estate Plan Documents will cost between $500-$1250 depending on your unique situation.

for those who may not want or need a trust yet, but smartly want to get their affairs in order*
Review of Existing Estate Plan
for those who already have a plan not prepared by Sunset Legal LLP, but would like us to review their documents to spot any issues, suggest changes based on current law, and/or answer specific questions

Includes:

Up to Three (3) Hours Attorney Time to Thoroughly Review Client's Documents*

One (1) Hour Attorney Consultation in-person or via phone

$200.00 credit toward any subsequent Sunset Legal LLP service, if hired within one month of the Consultation.
